How to set up for Gistrion strategy?

You can choose any type of chart for the analysis of the market situation according to the Gistrion. However, we recommend the Japanese candlesticks chart because it is mostly popular among the traders.

Set up 1-minute timeframe and 5-minute expiration time. Overall, within the strategy it is recommended to stay within the timeframes up to M15 but if you change the settings you must adjust the duration of the contract.

As for the indicators, you need four: 2 trend indicators and 2 oscillators. Let’s be more specific and name them: Alligator and SMA, MACD and RSI.

In general, the trend indicators determine the direction of the trend while the oscillators confirm it.

The recommended settings are as follows:

  • Alligator – default;
  • SMA – period 100;
  • RSI – period 14;
  • MACD – default.

Congratulations, you set up your chart! Now, it’s time to analyze the market and signals for profitable contracts.

How to trade with the Gistrion strategy

It is recommended to apply the strategy on highly volatile assets during the working hours of the European and American exchanges.

CALL contract is done when the following conditions are met:

  • The Alligator’s green line crosses the SMA upwards.
  • The RSI signal line is above the 50 level.
  • MACD is in the positive area.

PUT contract is done when the following conditions are met:

  • The Alligator’s green line crosses the SMA from top to bottom.
  • The RSI signal line is below the 50 level.
  • MACD is in the negative area.

If you trade on a 1-minute timeframe, the expiration time must be 5 minutes. In other cases, the expiration of the contract must be equal at least the formation of five candles.

If you follow the “Gistrion” strategy and meet all conditions described above, you will make a stable profit. A word of caution, we advise all traders to strictly follow rules of risk management: the volume of the contract should not exceed 3-5%. As you know, binary options trading is all about predictions. If you can make accurate enough predictions, then you can make a nice profit without too much of an effort.
